Cherry Angioma Laser Removal
We provide advanced cherry angioma laser removal using medical-grade technology, delivered by a Registered Nurse. This precise treatment safely targets and removes small red vascular lesions, restoring clearer, even-toned skin. Our clinic is based in Cambridge and welcomes clients from Hamilton and across the wider Waikato region.
How it works
Cherry angiomas are small, benign red spots caused by clusters of tiny blood vessels near the surface of the skin.
Laser treatment works by delivering controlled light energy directly into the angioma. The laser targets the blood vessels within the lesion, causing them to coagulate and break down without damaging the surrounding skin.
What to expect
A brief snapping or warming sensation during laser pulses
Mild redness or slight swelling afterwards
Minimal downtime - most clients return to normal activities the same day
Results and session numbers
Many small cherry angiomas respond well to a single laser session. Larger or thicker lesions may require additional treatments depending on their size and depth.
Immediately after treatment, the angioma may appear slightly darker or more prominent before gradually fading as the body clears the treated blood vessels.
The number of sessions depends on factors such as:
Size and thickness of the angioma
Location on the body
Skin type
Individual healing response
During your consultation, we provide clear, honest guidance about what results are realistic and whether further sessions may be beneficial.
